MEMBERSHIP  BENEFITS

The BVCSA offers its members numerous networking and promotional opportunities to exchange information, to develop valuable business contacts and to sell their products or services.  In addition, the BVCSA keeps its members abreast of the development of new materials, building techniques, and equipment, and of any legislative issues impacting the building industry through its educational programs and publications.  Members can also become involved in one or more of the BVCSA committees that provide opportunities to meet with other builders, sub-contractors, suppliers, and allied members.

  • Networking Opportunities (General Monthly Membership Meetings, Holiday Dinner & Dance, Annual Golf Outing, Annual Picnic).
  • Promotional Opportunities (Meeting & Special Event Sponsorships, Membership Directory Listings and Ads, Newsletter Ads, Free Website Listings and Ads).
  • Education (Membership Meeting Presentations, Newsletter Articles, Scholarship Program).
  • Publications (Membership Directory, Newsletter, Website Listings and Ads).
  • Services Supporting the Community (Scholarship Fund, Annual Matching Charity Drive).

TYPES  OF  MEMBERSHIP

  • Regular Membership:  Are you interested in networking opportunities within the construction industry and making our world a better place?  BVCSA offers full membership with all of its privileges under By-Laws and Code Of Ethics by meeting the requirements as listed below.  Cost is  $200 / year including cost of dinner at regular meetings



  • Associate Membership:  Looking for special programs and meetings to attend to, but not ready to commit to full membership?  Then become an associate member and join us whenever you want.  Associate membership is offered for 1-yr only, after which you must apply for full membership.  Cost is  $100 / year

MEMBERSHIP  REQUIREMENTS

The Beaver Valley Contractors and Suppliers Association (BVCSA) welcomes membership applications from any persons, firms or corporations engaged in the business of the construction or remodeling of buildings or supplying building materials within our territorial jurisdiction.  Potential members must be able to meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be able to abide by the Code of Ethics of the Association.
  • Must have operated as the owner or employee under the application name for a minimum of one (1) year.
  • Must  be sponsored by at least two (2) current members.
  • Must be able to supply proof of current insurance.
  • Must be able to supply proof PA State Licensure.
  • Must be approved by at least two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Board of Directors.
  • Membership Application Forms are in the BVCSA Forms area of the website.

OUR  MEETINGS

  • Regular Meetings:  are once per month, January through June, September through November
    4th Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.

  • July Picnic and Tool Expo:  is at Brady's Run Park

  • December Holiday Dinner and Dance:  is at BVGC
